Flexible rates for short term occupancy over three weeks

Long term lets of a year or more: Rent: US $1600.00 per month ($3200.00 Bds) For long-term clients the rent includes: water, natural gas & a twice monthly garden service. Cable TV is available but at an extra cost & electricity is paid for by the client monthly. The laundry facility is for the exclusive use of the long-term clients.

Terms and Conditions:
A 10% non-refundable deposit of the total is required to confirm any reservation. Balance payable in cash on check-in.
